The client had a passive log management system with a considerable unpredictability and inefficient problem-solving index.
The task was to devise a deep analytics system with efficient anomaly detection. The fixer was the aRCA (Autonomic Root Cause Analysis), an artificial intelligence system with automatic problem detection, localization, recognition and fix suggestions and workarounds. aRCA also provides quick insight into current and historical system information.
